      医疗口:来自华西的同道,其中杨彦春为四川省卫生厅心理援助组组长,他们需要一个可以下去的人名单,需要时下派到相关站点进行半个月到一个月的工作,目前准备在18个乡设点,每个点都包括精神科医生、护士和心理学工作者;这个工作预计一年左右,所以可能未来会不断需要人员轮换。

    去雅安之后,一般是早出晚归。大本营是省委教育工委,省教育厅的驻扎点:雅安雨城区挺进路266----雅安美客美家酒店。早晚均在酒店吃饭。中午是在下去工作学校吃盒饭或者方便面。

        药品----夏桑菊;霍香正气水;感冒药品等。

        手机充电宝。

        饼干,牛肉干之类充饥食品,万一工作饿了好补充。

        还有,手机一定多充些费,我们就遇到欠费停机!

      II. LIFE

      Sunscreen; Mosquito repellent;

      1、一定要注意精力分配,比如,第一天,第一节课往往精力充沛,容易不知不觉大嗓门讲话,大能量活动,但半天下来就会疲惫不堪。所以要根据全天工作量,把握体力,脑力支出的节奏,要平衡体力 。

         3,我们都在需要科研成果完成自己每年工作量的高校和单位工作,但望大家切切注意:512人们的滥发问卷,残忍的访谈已经让灾区人反感透顶---这次,陪同我们工作的一位当地老师说:现在,一提到在灾区发问卷,我就有躯体反应。因此,我们万万以人为本,以关爱生命为本。再说,受过灾的北川一位老师给肖旭提醒:在灾难后1—3月都不想说话,不想碰伤痛,只是工作,工作。对热心人的帮助往往很纠结的,既不想理睬又怕得罪人家的好心。所以,我们要小心。还别说雅安地震与汶川地震有许多不同。

         4,要用积极心理学的思维工作,要发掘,突现灾区人们的积极资源,要相信灾区人的自我康复力,尤其是四川人的康复力,不要让爱心淹没了人们的自愈力。灾区的人多次说,不要溺爱坏了孩子们,不要遇到什么就拿钱物来哄,参加活动就为了那奖品。我们千万别以救世主的面貌去工作。

        当时,我们都觉得下去太早,心理服务难于开展,到天全和芦山的同志有些使不上力的着急和困绕。所以,我们积极主动为教育厅领导提供参谋,对如何组织管理,如何科学工作,如何建立长效机制等提出了建议,好在工作队的领导很礼贤下士,好多意见都得到了采纳。同时,心理组专家还协助四川省委教育工委,教育厅,雅安市教育局的灾后工作领导小组制定相关文件。作为心理组,我们遵循不添乱,不做秀的原则积极、主动、灵活的工作,发现当地需要,根据当地需要工作。我们这几天的工作强度很大,我们累但欣慰。我们这几天比较明显的一个特受欢迎和好评的工作,就是为没有到成都复课的五县两区10所中学的高三学生做心理辅导讲座,这个工作是教育厅体卫艺处卢旭副处长和雅安市教科所刘林卉老师全程领导和协调,并全程陪同的。这次,真的感到组织的力量。

        罗列一下,心理组除了发挥参谋的职能外,我们的工作主要有:1, 为5700高三学生做了芦山灾后高三学生心理讲座,既有以小的自然班开展,也有合班大课( 除宝兴120位高三学生还在里面外,天全,芦山的到成都了);2,在帐篷区及时发现和根据要求做了6个学校900余学生的团体辅导和心理讲座,3,为雅安职业技术学院做灾后心理讲座及培训志愿者约100人;为雅安农大近20名教师做了下灾区前的专业培训;4,发现并做了危机干预和转介学生6人。

         在第二阶段,教育厅已经发文抽调13位高校和中学教师作为第二批心理服务人员。我们都知道好多老师请战。因此给领导组推荐了50余位后备人员。这次的第二批心理服务,在人员的考虑上,主要是要照顾有高三学生的老师、家中有事(如有病人,有太小的孩子,要生孩子或者爱人要生孩子,自己身体状况不宜或其他丢不开的事)的老师、要男女搭配(但总的来说,我们这支队伍男少女多)等。而有的老师已经被其他系统或者机构调用了。当然,在灾区可以整合来工作。由于抽调是分批的,像卢勤,杨雪梅,戴艳等在512地震中做了好多工作,很有经验的老师肯定会在高考后被抽调做重要的工作的。第二批同志五月一日下午报到。因为教育厅确实派不出专车,加之大家是各地的,所以通知是让大家自行前往报到,车费报销。
